Employment Support Advisor – Brighton Permanent

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship market across the UK. We are on the hunt for an Employment Advisor to support adults with Employment Advice/ Support across the Sussex region.

We are looking for an Employment Advisor support adults back into sustainable employment; The successful candidate will provide outreach support across Brighton and must be comfortable meeting clients onsite.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Conduct the sign-up meeting, completing all appropriate paperwork accurately.
* Manage regular reviews with clients to support them back into employment.
* Plan & create actions plans appropriate for clients on caseload, providing advice & guidance on seeking & gaining employment.
* Build relationships with local job centres, referral partners & key stakeholders.
* Identify employment & work-related opportunities with local employers, working closely with the Employer Relation team.
* Provide regular updates on client progress.

Candidate Requirements:
* Prior experience in Skills & Employment Support is desirable, however, not essential.
* Prior experience working to targets is essential.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS)
* Candidate will have opportunities to complete CPD & gain additional qualifications around employment support & advice.
