Position: Operations Administrator – Fixed term contract until December 2023
* Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 (dependant on experience)
* Location: Brighton & Hove
* Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
* Flexi time and hybrid working (3 days in the office out of 5)
We’re recruiting for an Operations Administrator on a fixed term contract until December 2023, to join a fast paced, friendly and well established events company in the Brighton and Hove area. As a Operations Administrator you will:
* Answer incoming calls
* Manage a very busy email box
* Contact suppliers to resolve queries
* Manage Visa and travel administration
* Assist clients with any queries
* Willingly help other departments when times are busy
Ideally you’ll be highly organised, have strong computer and communication skills and a love for a great customer experience. Previous experience in office administration is highly desirable.
This is a full time position on a fixed term contract until December 2023, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. They offer hybrid working which is a minimum of 3 days in the office, as well with flexi time and great benefits including some free international travel.
