Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an international company that runs with a strong family imprint, who are looking for a Junior Sales Account Manager to join their expanding business.
Overview of the role:
The successful Junior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for helping support the sales strategy in the midlands, will possess a strong sales background along with outstanding sales skills. One of the main projects of the role will be to create brand awareness on the UK market, specifically in the Midlands and build a strong customer base as well as maintain the current customer base.
Key responsibilities of the Junior Sales Account Manager:
Management of designated commercial area and management of additional sales areas
Acquiring new customers, managing existing portfolio of clients, direct selling on the field, research, evaluation and management of external stakeholders such as distributors.
Market and margin analysis, reports
Sale terms negotiation;
Customer performance analysis and reporting on a regular basis;
Customer satisfaction monitoring
In-depth client needs analysis
Alignment with the Sales Management regarding the commercial strategies.
Identifying opportunities by keeping track of competitor activity
Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share
Collaboration with area manager colleagues in diverse markets, as well as all company branches all around the world.
About half of the time is spent on travel, customer visits, and hunting for new relationships.
Requirements:
Experience of at least 4 years in the similar position
Entrepreneurial skills with a self-starting attitude toward projects and problem solving skills
Experience as Area Manager or in similar roles, preferred form B2B and/or food sector.
Experience in the assigned Area (UK)
Experience in order of preference from
Experience in selling on the field.
Fluent English, knowledge of Italian could be a plus
Knowledge of the MS Office and familiarity with Power Point presentations.
Ability to manage market survey and margin analysis.
