Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week or 30 hours.Out client based in Brighton are looking to recruit an Administrator to assist with various admin duties for a busy department.
Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
Process leave applications
Updating various in house systems
Process applicationsRequired Skills:
Previous admin experience
Experience of minute taking
A strong ability to work on own initiative and use judgement where necessary.
To be able to manage and process the variety of assessment documents accurately and timely.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise workload according to varying needs & work under pressure.
Excellent IT skills with a particular working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other key MS packages.
