Property Manager / Block Manager – Newhaven – c£33k
We’re working with a multi-office, independent ARMA-Q accredited, reputable managing agent who oversee a mixed, long retained and well-run portfolio of blocks (and unadopted roads) from Brighton to Eastbourne. They now require an additional Property Manager / Block Manager as follows:
* Working within a friendly, inclusive, close knit team of Property Managers
* Managing a mixed portfolio of blocks and unadopted road across the South Coast, from Brighton to Eastbourne
* Undertaking the full range of block management tasks, from budget setting to major works consultation and insurance provision
* Site visits and AGM’s
* Liaison with other in-house teams (Surveying, Accounts etc.) as required
The suitable Block Manager / Property Manager will:
* Come from a stable career background
* Live within range of Newhaven (although attendance at the office every day is not required)
* Have good general block management experience
* Prefer independent practice over corporate employment
Salary for the successful Property Manager / Block Manager will start at up to £33k (possibly negotiable) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
