Position: Project Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hour
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pmWe are looking for a project coordinator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a thriving research company in Brighton. This is an office based, temporary position and the working hours for this role will be 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working within an office environment and strong administrational skills.
Duties will include:
Ensure own understanding of project requirements.
Create respondent screeners and profile sheets.
Undertake recruitment telephone calls and confirm participant data.
Undertake telephone interviews and record information.
Complete all documentation and enter data into systems.
Liaise with external recruitment partners to coordinate work and check incoming data.
Undertake logistical work including booking of venues and catering
