Head of Creative – Brighton and Hove based – Full Time – In office
An individual with 3 – 4 year’s experience in a creative management role. You will be able to lead and create departmental strategy and creative strategy. With excellent proficiency with Adobe suite and other design tools. You will be confident leading a team, encouraging personal developments within the team. Conducting annual reviews of salary brackets in line with performance and progression.
We are looking for a creative individual who can provide new and innovative ideas for our clients in line with KPI’s and client expectation.
