The Company:
Our client is a leading sales events company with global operations.
Main duties:
To manage all aspects of the sales process and be the main point of communication.
The Role:
• To be the maintain point of communication for the sales and the clients
• To handle the financial requirements pre, during and post sales
• To support the sales by providing proposals and quotations
• To handle the administrative duties relating to the sales
• To provide excellent customer service at all times
• To work closely with other team members whenever relevant
The Candidate:
• Fluency in French (Written and spoken) – Essential
• Previous office administrative/ project based experience
• High IT competency particularly with Microsoft pack
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting skills
• Detailed and diligent character
Salary: Up to £30,000 p.a.
