We are looking for part time Chefs of all grades (CDP, Sous and Head) in the Brighton area on a part time/temporary basis only.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
* Good interpersonal skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* Have a positive attitude
* Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
* Be able to multitask
What we offer:
* Shifts available are between Monday to Friday day shifts with possible night shifts (Boarding Schools)
* Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £18.00 depending on standard of chef.
* Weekly Pay + Holiday Pay and Pension Contributions
Key Responsibilities:
* Fresh food preparation
* Preparing high-quality dishes.
* Occasionally takes on extra duties, such as cleaning, when the kitchen is short-staffed or the restaurant is particularly busy
* Taking stock and ordering produce
