Environmental Health Officer Contract

Our client are currently looking to recruit a Environmental Health Officer to undertake environmental health duties in the private housing sector, throughout the Brighton and Hove area.

The Requirements

Undertake investigations, inspections, monitoring and appraisals of premises.
Carry out inspections of HMOs
Draft and serve statutory notices as necessary
Skills/Qualifications

Experience in serving financial penalties
Knowledge of current Housing Act and related legislation
Knowledge of the inspection of all types of accommodation
BSc Degree or current equivalent
Full driving licence
