We are working with a company that has recently gone through a considerable period of growth. Due to successful tenders in and around Brighton they are looking to expand their team. The successful Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will take the lead on a number of the local projects and work as part of the senior management team liaising directly with the company Directors.

The company have a great reputation and receive a lot of repeat business, ensuring they are well placed to deal with any changes in the market.

The aim is to be the residential contractor of choice in the region within the next 3 years, and this will mean going through a few years of considerable growth. For the successful Quantity Surveyor / Estimator this means that there will be great career prospects and management opportunities in due course.

To be considered for the role you…

Will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator and be able to take the lead on £3M + Projects from tender stage to final accounts
Will have considerable experience working for Main Contractor or Developer
Will be degree qualified in your chosen field, or be able to demonstrate similar experience
Will live within an hours commute to Brighton
