Bracken Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a well-known Design & Build Main Contractor who are based in the South East and looking to hire an experienced Project Manager for a Hotel project in Brighton. This company are looking for someone to fill this position on a permanent based employment contract due to vast growth within the business throughout the whole of the UK. Our Client is a highly respected Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical.
This would suit someone who is used to dealing with clients, negotiating and liaising logistics having worked on residential, hotel or commercial projects previously. This company are extremely forward thinking and construct highly detailed, interesting projects all around the UK.
Skills & Experience:
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience of Hotel projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of working to tight deadlines
Experience managing various sites
Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong time management skills
Hard working and ambitious
Degree qualified or equivalent experience
