The Company:
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer and distributor expanding into the EU.

*** Monday – Friday 8-5:30 ***
Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:
– To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
– To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
– To manage and resolve any delays with deliveries including import/export documentation
– To advise customers on product suitability
– To support the e-commerce department on translation of the French website
– To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement
The Candidate:
– Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in customer service – Desirable
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– IT literate
