About the Role:
As a Senior Ecologist, you will play a vital role in providing ecological expertise and advice to clients. You will manage and deliver a wide range of ecological surveys and assessments, prepare reports, and work closely with the team to provide sustainable solutions to clients. Your duties will include but not limited to:
* Planning and managing ecological surveys and assessments
* Undertaking fieldwork and data analysis
* Preparing high-quality reports and ecological impact assessments
* Providing technical advice and support to project managers and other team members
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
* A degree in ecology, environmental science, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in ecological consultancy
* Experience in managing and delivering ecological surveys and assessments
* Strong knowledge of UK and EU wildlife legislation and policy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A full driving license and access to a car
