A well established, leading PLC House builder that provide 'executive' housing throughout London and the South East
The Project
We are recruiting for a number two Site Manager for a site of traditional brick and block houses; these are generally 4-5 bed houses with a small number of low level blocks of flats.
The Role
As the number two Site Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of sub- contractors and labour packages whilst reporting directly into the Project Manager.

Site paperwork
Reporting back to the Project Manager
Material control
Programme reporting
Reading & interpreting drawingsAbout You
Candidates will need to have experience in managing new build housing projects from start to finish.
You must have a history of permanent employment – if you have spent years working freelance or moving jobs every year or two then this is not the role for you.
Good eye for detail.
Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs.
Strong man-management skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good level of IT literacy.
SSSTS or SMSTS.
CSCS Card.
First Aid.
