Communications Executive
Our client based in Brighton is seeking a Communications Executive, on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is a full time, office based position working 37.5 hours per week.
Sector: Public service – Pensions.
Salary: £27,410 – £35,673 per annum D.O.E.
Role Purpose
Working closely with the Communications Lead you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end direct communications programme with our fulfilment supplier to support trustees and their enablers to comply with their new Pension Dashboards legal duties. Ensuring timely, accurate deployment of digital and print activity.
You will be passionate about digital CRM, email, social and print and understand the complexities and nuances of customer centric activities and the importance of data and insight.
A confident communicator, you will be organised and pay great attention to detail, always seeking out best practice and new efficient ways of doing things to gain results.
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a critical area of the Pensions Dashboards programme, identifying, enabling, delivering, and analysing behaviour change campaigns to improve compliance performance with new regulations.
Core Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Develop briefs to establish clear requirements for all digital and print campaigns.
Manage?the?end-to-end?execution of all digital and print?communications ensuring all are delivered?on time, error free, ensuring all processes are reviewed to ensure efficiency is optimised.
Test and proof all communications as necessary ensuring that content and links are correct and on brand.
Co-ordinate the delivery of data and nudge campaign set-up (email and direct mail) requirements and execute the dispatch of cross-channel activity efficiently and effectively to generate behaviour change.
Support with the co-ordination and delivery of programme webinars.
Responsible for regular content creation and posting of content to our social media channels.
Reporting, analysis & continual monitoring of channel performance, using our CRM Platform (Dynamics 365), Social media platform (Hootsuite) and Analytics tools (Google Analytics and Power BI) to help advise and influence the future campaign approach to increase compliance.Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Supplier management (email and print fulfilment) to service level agreements
Experience of using CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics Marketing preferred)
Understanding of segmentation, personalisation and targeting principles
Experience of delivering campaign collateral to brand and quality standards
A sound understanding of Google Analytics and preferably Power BI
Demonstrable experience of putting in place systems and processes to measure and evaluate the impact of communications activities for future optimisation.
