SITE MANAGER – FREELANCE CONTRACT
LOCATION: Brighton, Sussex
SALARY/RATE: £250 – £310 Per Day (Largely Depending on Experience)
START DATE: Mid Feb 2023
DURATION: Min 10 weeks
We are recruiting for a Site Manager to work with one of our Tier 1 Contractors. This key client of ours is part of a huge framework expansion project in Brighton.
Value of the project : CIRCA £3million
PROJECTS:
Refurbishment works internally and some minor exterior groundworks and welfare facilities
ROLE:
Reporting in to a Site based Projects Manager
Number 1 on Site
Planning and programming
Ensuring programme is on track through effective management of subcontractors
Chairing weekly progress meetings with subcontractors
Site inspections and quality control
Liaising with the trust and other team members
Health & safety i.e. checking subcontractor RAMS, inductions, inspections.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:
Substantial experience of working within the Heathcare Sector
Hands on approach
Good level of IT skills
Strong man-management skills
Exceptional communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
CSCS Management Card
SMSTS
First Aid
