Site Manager

* Temp to Perm: £260 per day
* Based in Brighton
We are currently searching for a Site Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Main Contractors. This business covers a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational. The initial project will be a hospital project in Brighton, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of the project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
* Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
* Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors
* Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
* Communicate effectively with the project team and client
Experience:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager
* Strong knowledge of construction management and safety protocols
* Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
