Job Title: Business Administrator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Our client is a charitable organisation specialising in the training and career development of disadvantaged persons, who are looking for a Business Administrator to join their small and dedicated team in Brighton. As Business Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administration tasks, bank reconciliation and payroll, and handling emails / postage. The ideal candidate for this Business Administrator role must have 3+ years of experience in administration, have strong IT skills, and have some experience in a financial role. This role is a full time, permanent position from Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
Handling all administration tasks set by the needs of the business within a set time frame
Bank reconciliation and payroll
Handling all company emails
Handling all Postage tasks for the business
Making a small number of glasses for the business
Requirements
A-Level or Equivalent is desirable
Must have 3+ years' experience in Administration
Proficient in MS Excel
Ideally experienced in a financial role i.e bookkeeping desirable
High level attention to detail and analytically driven
Experienced with using Quick Books, Google sheets and additional in-house systems
Able to communicate clearly and concisely
