Position: Operations Administrator
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Brighton & Hove
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Flexi time and hybrid working (3 days in the office out of 5)
We're recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a fast paced, friendly and well established events company in the Brighton and Hove area. They're a great company to work for, including many benefits and many opportunities for growth and development.
As a Operations Administrator you will:
Answer incoming calls
Manage a very busy email box
Contact suppliers to resolve queries
Manage Visa and travel administration
Assist clients with any queries
Willingly help other departments when times are busy
Ideally you'll be highly organised, have strong computer and communication skills and a love for a great customer experience. Previous experience in office administration is highly desirable.
This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. They offer hybrid working which is a minimum of 3 days in the office, as well with flexi time and great benefits including some free international travel.
