DC506 – Facilities Coordinator
Location – Brighton
Salary – £23,000 to £28,000 DOE
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Brighton. The Facilities Coordinator is the support for FMs by assisting in all aspects of service delivery and supporting the FM team onsite at a prime office building in the centre of Brighton.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the FM team and on-site staff as required.
Promote a team working environment together with other members of the team to ensure assigned duties are efficiently carried out and executed.
Report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service of the property.
Ensure compliance with the FM policies and procedures.
Maintain overall responsibility for FM filing systems. Assists the designated line manager’s efforts in developing and maintaining contractor, general buildings, project, vendor and contract files.
Provide the highest level of service standards to client and building tenants.
Communicate regularly with the FM team, providing necessary support and information as required.
Check progress against Health and Safety audits and update systems as directed.
Understand expenditure allocation and ensure invoices are correct.
Tracks compliance with insurance requirements among contractors, vendors and suppliers.
Skills and Experience:
Experience of working in a similar role.
IOSH qualification [desirable].
