Our client: A an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors specialising in all types of property, working largely in Commercial and Residential Properties across the South Coast.
The role: this role will include travelling across the South Coast and up to London, though predominantly in the Brighton and Hove area. Work is likely to include Party Wall work, Schedules of Dilapidations and Home Surveys. You will report to Senior Management, directly working with clients and more Junior staff to ensure productivity as well as client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Condition Surveys and Specification of Works
Building Pathology inspections
Contract Administration
Party Wall Matters
Preparation of Planned Preventative MaintenanceRequirements:
MRICS Qualified
Experience in AutoCAD
Capable with Design
Experience in Party Wall Matters is essential
Able to undertake Defect Investigations
