Part-time Temporary Administrator
We are supporting a Healthcare business with finding additional temporary supporting on and ongoing basis with a potential for being made permanent for the right person.

We are looking for someone with a professional and friendly telephone manner who would be confident in contacting patients and booking them in for appointments, sending text messages regarding appointment details and also supporting the team with any adhoc administration. This role will predominately involve phone work and speaking with patients, so you will need to be polite but also resilient in setting expectations and resolving issues if they arise.
You will be required to work 5-6 hours daily, start and end times can be flexible to work around you. As this is an office based role in a clinical environment, it would not suit someone who is clinically vulnerable as there may be some exposure due to the industry and wider environment.
Full training and support will be given. Ideally you will be able to support on an ongoing basis, for a minimum of one month at the moment.
