Key skills required;
* Previous recruitment experience is essential
* Experience within the Financial services industry is preferable
* Passionate, driven and tenacious
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Working to targets and deadlines
