Position: Customer Service Administrator
Hourly Rate: £11.53 per hour
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pmWe are looking for a motivated customer service administrator to join a well-respected company based in Brighton to act as the first point of contact to support their payroll and administration team. This company is looking for someone with previous telephone experience however customer service experience is not essential.
Duties will include:
Responding to customers queries via telephone, live chat and email whilst providing an excellent level of customer service
Taking accountability and escalating any customer issues to the Customer Support Team Manager and ensuring customer resolution.
Processing all outbound and inbound post in line with the agreed procedures in a timely manner
