Registered Mental Health Nurse Contract

Nothing But Healthcare is currently recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurse in Brighton to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Registered Mental Health Nurse you will provide a range of practical, and emotional support services to individuals who have a severe mental health condition, trauma-based related issues or substance misuse.

You will provide support and encouragement in helping individuals develop their skills and capacity to live independently and manage their mental health condition. You will be required to assess, monitor and evaluate the individual's needs and provide support.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and highly motivated individuals who have:

* An understanding of mental health

* Knowledge of recovery-oriented services and approaches

* Experience in delivering effective mental health support and a commitment to person-centred approaches

* The ability to work independently and in a team.

* Flexible and adaptable working patterns

* Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression – If you do not have you will need to go on a 3-day course (funded by us)

* 6 months experience in a similar role

* 2 Professional references.

How does it work?

* Discussion with an experience consultant who will talk you through the process and answer any questions.

* Work with our compliance team to becoming a compliant worker. Very clearly communicated and helpful.

* Work with your consultant to book in shifts and grow a strong working relationship.

Pay rates (PAYE only):

* £22.00 per hour (Monday – Saturday rate).

* £24.00 per hour (Sunday rate).

* £25.00 per hour (Bank Holiday rate).
