Facade Manager Contract

Our client who work within the Facade industry are looking to recruit Facade Managers starting on a project in the Brighton area. This is a contract position for approx 2 months.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
·Manage all aspects of the façade install
·Co-ordinate & action deliveries/site logistics
·Keep an accurate site diary, take progress photos, complete weekly plant inspections, record deliveries, upload onto Procore and issue to main contractor.
·Lead and direct onsite subcontractors
·Produce and implement short term programmes
·Action & complete quality assurance documentation from point of install through to handover to the main contractor
·Maintain a high level of Health & Safety
·Induct IF site operatives & retain records
·Ensure RAMs are compliant & up to date
·Ensure BSG site safety visits are actioned every 15 days & advisory items closed out
·Deliver toolbox talks
·Keep PAT register updated & arrange testing when required
·Attend site meetings, liaise with main contractors & keep accurate records of meetings
·Build and develop robust professional relationships with in-house design team, sub-contractors, main contractors, supply chain & client.
·Plan, organise and prioritise all daily site activities.
·Proactive approach to problem solving.

·5-day SMSTS
·First Aid at Work
·CSCS card
·IPAF
·PASMA
Key Skills
·Strong IT skills
·Knowledge of the Procore Construction Management System (training will be provided)
·Driving license and ability to travel
·Punctual & a good timekeeper
