Position: HR Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Location: Brighton, London or Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join a fast-paced and well established Human Resources team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As a HR Coordinator your role will include:
Maintaining HRIS database and ensuring data is secured
Processing HR related payroll changes and liaising with payroll contacts
Updating all relevant information and keeping them in compliance
Maintaining Personnel files
Completing ad-hoc report requests in support of HR
Managing new hires and ensuring all important paper work is completed and filed away
This is a full time permanent position 9am to 5:30pm. This role does offer hybrid working with the requirement coming into the Brighton office at least 2 to 3 times a week, could also be based in the London office if preferred.
This role is between £25,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience and qualifications and is initially a 12 month fixed term contract.
You'll ideally have some experience working in a fast paced HR environment teamed with excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Office Skills to include Excel.
