We are recruiting for Day Care Assistants in the Brighton and Hove area.

Here’s what you need to know about this job role:
* Providing personal care that includes bathing/showering, dressing and undressing, and toileting residents
* Promoting Person Centred Care, whilst respecting your residents with dignity
* Promoting as much independence and support to residents as possible
* Escorting to dining hall, setting trays/tables, giving assistance with feeding
* Promoting various activities with the residents and encouraging them to be a part of the home’s community
* Recording of resident’s logbooks and food/fluid intake (whether it be paper or electronic)
* Supporting residents with laundry, light cleaning, and other domestic tasks
Requirements for a Day Care Assistant:
* Enhanced DBS clearance
* Previous experience not desirable (full training provided)
