Venture-People provide specialist support to individuals who may have spent an extended period in hospital and may experience a barrier to their discharge. We provide bespoke support packages to individuals with a complex need, including mental health diagnosis and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

About the Role
As a Clinical Practitioner, you will work within our multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with our local foundation trust.
You will provide a clinical service to a caseload of individuals supported by the organisation. This will include the provision of specialist interventions under the supervision of our Clinical Lead, according to formulations rooted in evidence-based best practice.
We are looking for an individual who has the experience, skill, and passion to take a personal responsibility for ensuring high-quality provision.
This Clinical Practitioner role will include managing relationships with our multi-disciplinary partners; and actively participating within the organisational strategic plan to share a specialist psychologically-informed perspective.
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Practitioner to take on a visible supportive role within the organisation, with direct responsibility and accountability for the quality of our service provision
You will have responsibility for holding and managing a clinical caseload, undertaking risk assessments, reviews, and management for individuals with complex needs. You will be acting under the supervision of our Clinical Lead for planning, prioritising, and delivering assessment, treatment, and discharge of individuals within the service.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working with a range of individuals with complex needs including Mental Health, Autism and Forensic History.
This Clinical Practitioner role would suit candidates with previous experience in a health and social care role.

Essential Skills
We are looking for someone who has experience working with health and social care settings with a variety of different client groups.
In this role, you will need to have good communication skills to express clinical and sensitive information to a range of audiences. You will also need to plan, organise, and manage a complex workload, with competing demands.
Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will also need to manage distressing and emotional circumstances and engage in self-care as well as provide appropriate support to colleagues who may be exposed to highly distressing situations.
Desirable Skills
The role will involve delivering training and supervision to junior or non-clinical colleagues so previous experience of this would be desirable.
Having knowledge of the theory and practice of specialist interventions for different client groups such as personality disorder, or a person with an additional disability.
