Are you an experienced Secretary or strong Administrator looking for part time work?
This fantastic business are looking for an experienced individual to join them on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week, ideally 8:00am – 2:00 pm. If you are confident in your ability to perform administration duties and adhoc tasks to a high standard then continue reading! To be successful for this position you must be able to demonstrate a strong administration background, ideally with experience of minute taking.
You must have a flexible approach to working and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. To work well in this environment you must be approachable and positive too! Although it is not essential, any experience in HR would also be advantageous. A part of your role would be minute taking in regular meetings, including Disciplinary Hearings so a knowledge of HR Processes would be an advantage.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
To process and distribute all correspondence, quotations and reports
Minute take in regular meetings
Handle telephone enquiries effectively
To assist with the collation of figures for budgets etc.
Assist with arranging hotel accommodation, and provide support with arranging and booking conference facilities and events/functions
Meet and greet visitors when required
To maintain Company records and database
Payroll Administration
Managing the on-boarding processes for new employees
To be successful you must be adaptable and be happy to support management with a variety of tasks, while also keeping everyone updated when needed. You will be required to also, at times, wear and use Personal Protective Equipment and handling aids, where supplied and needed.
