Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 plus commission
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a professional and well established company in central Brighton, working a full time permanent position with an OTE on top of your annual salary.
As a Business Development Manager your role will include mainly being in the office but also going out on occasional client visits. You should have previous sales experience, with an understanding of planning and carrying out a business plan as well as skills in negotiating and client account management.
Your role will include:
Negotiating with clients both new and existing to grow and manage your portfolio and to demonstrate new business acquisition
Arrange meetings with new and future clients
Create campaigns and promotions to drive business sales
Gather feedback from your target market to drive product development
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with a basic starting salary of £30,000 with an OTE commission structure and excellent company benefits.
Ideally you will have a driving licence and previous sales experience within a professional environment.
