Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Brighton
Salary: £25,000 per annum base + £1,800 bonus
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm – Hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 from home
Our client, a leading global name in the insurance industry, are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will have experience within the General Insurance Industry or have previous Customer Assurance experience.
Responsibilities
Your role will be to conduct Quality Assurance activity, including call and case monitoring, to mitigate the risk of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction and to ensure the company provides its customers with the levels of service and support they expect, alongside meeting our regulatory requirements.
Requirements
We are looking for people with experience of the General Insurance Industry or previous Quality / Customer Assurance roles. The role requires an excellent level of written and spoken English, with other languages desirable, as you will be communicating with people at different levels in different situations as well as being numerate, computer literate and having good attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate effective time management and be able to multi-task and prioritise to meet varying tasks and deadlines.
