Lawyer – Property Litigation Permanent

Legal 500 practice in East Sussex offering hybrid working arrangements seeks a talented Property Litigation Lawyer on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client, a thriving, Lexcel accredited firm in Brighton, is looking to employ a skilful solicitor or legal executive with 3+ years’ PQE in property litigation. The successful lawyer will independently handle own caseload of property litigation matters as well as some general commercial disputes, whilst proving their outstanding client care skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

Handling own caseload of litigation matters, specialising in property litigation
Boundary disputes
Dilapidation and disrepair claims
Landlord and Tenant Act disputes
Advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including property developers, investors and individuals
Advising on contractual disputes, intellectual property, construction disputes, professional negligence and defamation matters
Business developmentThe Candidate

Solicitors and legal executives with at least 3 years’ PQE
Solid experience in property litigation and general commercial disputes is essential
Has a strong academic record
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strives for high standards in their work
Commercially aware and has great attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines
