Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Administrator, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.
The Role
This role is unique in the respect that it covers every aspect of document management from the receipt of the mail to the completion of its inception into the system of record for downstream processing.
The team receive work from all avenues of customers, and they also support multiple internal departments across the enterprise with their document management processes.
You will form part of an already established team and will support many colleagues as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
The core part of this role initially is to be the owner of the printing of Merchant KYC letters and mailing to the customers each day, but the expectation is that you will support all aspects of the team daily workload.Role Requirements:
Excellent keyboard/data capture
Attention to detail
Self-sufficient – able to prioritise own workload
Excellent timekeeping
Understanding of Excel
Understanding of Outlook
