We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, ideally from a call centre or heavily customer focused role, to join a great team in the Brighton area who work with customers pension queries surrounding auto enrolment.
As an Auto Enrolment Pensions Advisor you will:
* manage customer telephone calls and emails to the business
* use strong written, numerical & verbal skills to answer pension Auto Enrolment questions or enquiries in a timely manner and within agreed departmental KPIs
* conduct day to day processing of clients Auto Enrolment pensions
This is a busy role with lots of customer contact over email and over the phone so strong phone based customer service experience is essential. Due to the nature of the work accuracy, good numeracy and maths skills, and excellent communication skills are a must.
This is a full time permanent role offering £24,000 starting salary, which will rise to £25,000 after the probation period and you’ll be working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with the option to work up to three days a week from home.
