We are looking for a Carpenter / Multi-Trader to lead a small team (3 – 5) to work on projects with reponsibility for day to day progress, whilst reporting directly to the Operations Manager who will oversee the running of your projects and support in providing appropriate resources and materials as and when required.
You could be a Multi Skilled Technician, confident in all aspects of carpentry and joinery and on-site construction, able to work accurately and safely to plans. You will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy and enthusiasm to work at a fast pace to ensure works are completed on time, to the required standards. You will have experience of working on refurbishment / new build / restoration projects within the building/ construction industry, the most important attributes are your all-round carpentry/ building skills

Essential Skills
Must be able to cut and pitch a roof
* NVQ level 2 in Carpentry.
* City & Guilds/ time-served apprenticeship in Carpentry.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
* Organisational skills.
* Owning essential tools to carry out a variety of work.
* Full clean driving license.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* You must live within a maximum 60 minute commute from central Brighton
