As an Account Manager – Hybrid, your role will be to help grow our clients customer base while maintaining these relationships long term.
Very well known client based in central Brighton are looking for an Account Manager – Hybrid to join their growing team.
The key responsibilities of the Account Manager – Hybrid will be;
Understand the knowledge, background and target client base of each adviser so you can support their sales targets.
Achieve sales target in order to generate new business and maintain relationships longterm.
Apply market knowledge to identify and focus activity on contacts which deliver high volume/value to our client.
Influence distributor decision-making through demonstrating a full working knowledge of products, services and technology
Document sales activity in line with agreed business plan. Use CRM system, systematically capture, maintain and use Intermediary information to inform future sales activity.
Identify and obtain the support required to deliver agreed targets (resources, training, etc).
Achieve all set talk time, proactive call and webinar targets to ensure the potential of the panel is fulfilled.
Complete webinars and face to face visits when this will add to the adviser's knowledge, sales and retention figures
Ensure that the service/product sold is appropriate to the Intermediary's business/customer opportunity.
A proven team player with the ability to manage your time and workload whilst dealing with a variety of tasks.
To share your knowledge, best practices and ideas with others.Profile
The successful Account Manager will have;
