Analytics Manager – 12 Months Fixed Term
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit are currently working with an established organisation to find an analytics manager to join a newly formed team within the business.
We are looking for someone with technical background who has experience running a large team and has experience working with R, SQL, and Power BI.

This role is a Hybrid working pattern with 1-2 days in the office in Brighton per week, and all candidates must have right to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship.
What you’ll be doing as an Analytics Manager:
Lead and line manage a large team and supporting the delivery of corporate strategy.
Establish and build good relationships business wide.
Mentor and coach other members of the team.
Proactively oversee and coordinate the provision of analytical services on a range of strategic and operational opportunities and challenges
What the Analytics Manager will bring to the team:
Strong experience leading and mentoring a team.
Experience of R, SQL, and Power BI.
Experience dealing with complex strategic questions.
It is desirable to have experience or knowledge within financial services or government relations.
