Our client is an established business that specialises in protecting appliances and electrical items for customers across the UK. They are currently looking for Customer Telesales Executives to join their dedicated team in Brighton, East Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a telesales role, have a strong history of achieving and exceeding targets in previous roles and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Customer Telesales Executive, you will be managing inbound customer service enquiries and requests, as well as up selling and cross selling the company products and services and managing sales inquiries via email and telephone.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
Demonstrable experience within a telesales role
Be a very capable salesperson and have a strong history of achieving and exceeding targets in previous roles
Possess excellent customer service skills
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Be a fast learner and developer
Experience within the Service Plan Industry is desirable
Your duties as a Customer Telesales Executive will include:
Managing inbound customer service enquiries and requests
Up selling and cross selling the company products and services
Making outbound calls to the companies existing customer base to sell the products and services
Managing sales inquiries via email and telephone
Salary and Reward Package:
£21,000 – £23,000 per annum depending on experience
Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commission
25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, plus a day off for your birthday!

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (with an hour for lunch)
Saturdays are expected that you would commit to 1 Saturday per month, minimum 9am-1pm but is not contractual (these would be paid at time and a half after training)
