We`re looking for you to come into a very successful team and manage a portfolio of properties in Brighton.
We`re a very established property agency based in Brighton with a different vibe to most other agencies in our industry.
You`ll be looking after after a selection properties within our portfolio, creating lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Ensuring the current landlords and tenants are happy to ensure high retention levels. You`ll work alongside the lettings and maintenance teams making sure all parties are happy.
Looking for someone with at least two years property management experience.
You`ll be someone that loves dealing with people and you`ll be super organised.
Ideally you would have some experience in property management, however you`ll also be considered if you`d had experience in a similar role with clear transferable skills. Client management is a big part of this role, so that would be a massive bonus.
We`re offering you £21,000-£24,000 with an OTE taking you up to almost £27,000 per year. We have amazing benefits, which include an annual staff trip to Europe!
