Due to a new project starting we are recruiting for two Site Managers to work for one of the Southern Counties busiest Residential Developers. Site Managers will only be considered if they have a stable CV and have worked with other national developers for a considerable length of time. Main Contracting Site Managers will not be considered. You MUST come from a predominately Developer background.
This is a complex phased development near Brighton, East Sussex. The successful applicant will have completed a number of projects over 75 units in the past as number one on site. They will have experience of a variety of construction methods. The successful applicant will have a solid CV showing longevity with previous employers and experience of leading schemes of over 75 units or working as part of a team on larger projects.
