HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (40 hours)
SALARY: £20,000 – £22,000 p/a depending on experience
Office Angels is working closely with the Hiring Manager to onboard an Administrative Assistant to their hard working team who are a leading provider in their trade in East and West Sussex.
About your new role:
Management of the systems diaries
Liasing with the clients and arranging appointments over the phone
Ordering and arranging company equipment
All round administration support for the department you are supportingAbout you:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Great attention to detail
Flexible approach to given tasks and able to prioritise own work load
Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel
1 year experience in a similar role; reception or administration
