Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor required for rapidly growing local contractor
LIMITED COMPANY WORKING / OUTSIDE SCOPE OF IR35!
I have an exciting opportunity for a Project or Senior level QS with a relatively new expanding business local to Brighton.
They formed in 2018 and have grown quickly to 30+ staff and are looking at a T/O of £20m this year! Specialising in D&B and Trad Fit-Out projects for their clients, they've seen repeat business and over half their new work is being negotiated as opposed to tendered.
You'll come from a main contracting background and the client is flexible as to whether you have Fit-Out, Refurb or New Build experience – it's very much about the individual character / personality and cultural fit. Experience of running your own project/s Commercially from cradle to grave is a must, as you'll be commercially managing between 2-4 projects concurrently, ranging from £500k – £3m.
