Job Title: Service Manager (Night Shift)
Location: Brighton, Hybrid
Salary: £34,500 with STI £3500
Full Time 19.00-07.00 with 4 days rostered on and then 4 days off and does include weekends and bank holidays.
Our client is based in Brighton is looking to recruit a Service Manager (Night Shift). As a contributor to the business and the one the clients turn to in times of need. You act with speed, composure, compassion and knowledge to solve problems and the work you do every day is the heart of the clients business.
Daily 'inspirational' management and motivation of employees to consistently meet contracted SLA's and internal KPIs; deliver quality service initiatives and Astonishing Customer Service and identify and address training and development needs where needed.
Help create a 'customer driven' culture of continual improvement to provide challenging and rewarding environment in which employees develop, take ownership and become empowered to contribute to meeting business goals. Support Manager with the implementation and delivery of process improvement and new departmental initiatives where required.
Effective and confident problem solving skills required to make decisions using high level of initiative to ensure cases are handled correctly; with a sense of urgency
Experience of motivating and managing a team within travel insurance environment; Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques to be able to develop and support others on a day-to-day basis.
Good numeracy, analytical, literacy levels and high attention to detail ideally gained through claims environment
Excellent organisational, planning and problem solving skills through using initiative and experience of implementing new initiatives and managing change
Ability to communicate at different levels and negotiate and adapt to challenging situations
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experienced in using various systems
Extra languages would be an advantage
