A Leading Student Lettings Company based in the heart of Brighton City Centre (close to the Lanes) is Seeking a New Property Account Manager.
In this 360 degree role you will be expected to:
– Conduct Sales Activity
– Manage Student Enquiries
– Generate Inventory Reports and Manage Maintenance
– Take calls (Maintenance) Out of Hours for Your Portfolio of Properties
– Chase Payments and Resolve Disputes
This role is ideally suited to someone from a previous Customer Service background or someone who is looking to get into Lettings with a confident communication style.
Our client is Targetting candidates preferably with Property Account Management experience, although would consider people from any background provided they have good and confident communication skills and are comfortable in a Sales Environment.
