JOB TITLE: Operations Manager
LOCATION: Central Brighton
INDUSTRY: Executive search
HOURS: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (flexibility offered)
SALARY: £35,000pa – £50,000pa + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious company with impressive international growth plans as an Operations Manager overseeing and managing the day-to-day office, process improvement projects and business needs.
About your day-to-day responsibilities:
Managing office moves
Assist and often manage projects required by the Directors
Liaising with a third-party finance company
Organising company events
Provide operational support to staff
Occasionally attending client meetings internationally
Assessing and reviewing company systems / processes and costs to see where improvements can be madeAbout you:
Experience in a similar role within operations – managerial experience not essential
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Forward thinking and solutions driven
Ability to demonstrate flexibility to suit the business's needs
