Office Angels are partnering a dynamic specialist company in central Brighton, due to expansion they are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to assist the team.
An all-round supportive position, your new role will be pivotal in helping your colleagues manage recruitment related administration. There is the potential of a permanent opportunity possibly in this company but would be performance and business dependant.
Offering admin support for the busy team
Checking right to work documents and compliance for new starters
Advertising roles, responding to applicants, arranging interviews
Sending and updating contracts
Providing welcome information to new starters and onboarding effectively
Dealing with reference requests
Admin support for the team and ad hoc project supportWe want to hear from you if you have:
Strong administration experience
Are available immediately and are happy to commit to at least 3 months
Good communicator, both written and verbal
