JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role you will support the success of the organization by helping to champion process improvement practices and culture, as well as to create and foster an environment in which continuous improvement in business processes is welcomed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* To investigate and complete appropriate data collection and mapping to create suggestions for operational improvements and changes
* To engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, side by side reviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, business process and workflow analysis.
* To engage with stakeholders to document, review and improve processes so they are fit for purpose and accurate
* To support successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
* To work with other team members to devise new support materials based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and system enhancements.
* To support Senior Optimisation & Improvement Manager with continuous improvement initiatives as required:
* Process mapping
* Process design
* Process optimisation
* Documenting requirements for system build
* Completing post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
EXPERIENCE
* Degree educated or equivalent experience (preferred but not essential)
* Demonstrable business process analysis and improvement experience ideally within education industry
* Experience of working in changing operational environment
* Experience of working in environments which involve all levels of stakeholders
* Business process analysis technique and tools
* Experienced user of SharePoint or similar knowledge management systems
* Competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Visio, Power point, Excel, and Word
* Familiar with project management and training methodology principals
* Communication tools to improve and drive engagement
* Knowledge of Higher Education or pathways sectors
