Our prestigious clienrt based in Brighton are looking for a temporary Receptionist/Administrator
You will be covering reception as a second receptionist when other staff have to leave the desk, e.g.: delivering messages, deliveries, assisting covering lunch etc.
Answering phones and greeting visitors/signing them in.
Completion of administrational duties associated with the office, e.g.: post, and filing.
Assisting with set up of activities onto the booking system.
Inputting calendar events from the booking forms.
Ensuring that post is taken and collected to and from the various offices.
Assisting with administration tasks
Administrational activity support for department heads
Assisting the communications team with event preparation
Attend and take minutes at meetings when required
Must have a good level of word and excel and very strong communications skills – this position is initially immediate temp but could develop into permanent for the right person.
Hours 9.30am to 17.30 Mondays and Tuesday and then 09.30-15.00 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
